House –

Mixed greens, roasted pumpkin seeds, tomatoes and carrots served with your choice of Balsamic VinaigretteBlue Cheese1000 Island or Yogurt Herb dressing

Caesar Salad –

Romaine lettuce, fresh parmesan, house made garlic croutons tossed in traditional in house made Caesar dressing

Roasted Beet –

Mixed greens, shaved fennel, beautifully colored Cloudview Farms beets, red onion, seasonal fruit and goat cheese tossed with sherry vinaigrette

Seasonal Salad –

Locally sourced greens creatively mixed and changing with the seasons



Our sandwiches are made with bread made from scratch in house and served with our house made french fries on the side.  We are happy to substitute a cup of soup or a side salad if requested

Simple Plate –

A beloved classic here a The Valley.  Half a toasted cheese sandwich with tomatoes, local River Farm Organic pickles and mayonnaise on our in house made honey what bread

Cuban –

Pulled pork, ham, River Farm organic pickles, dijon mustard and swiss cheese

Reuben –

Corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut served on toasted rye bread.  Comes with 1000 island dressing and horseradish on the side

Turkey Pesto

Sliced turkey, roasted red pepper pesto sauce, red onions and Swiss cheese on our house made French bread

Marinated Portobello Caprese Sandwich

Mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted red pepper pesto and fresh mozzarella with Belgian style fries

Tripleta Sandwich

Pulled pork, sliced ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, chopped greens, crushed chips and roasted red pepper/mayo-ketchup sauce on our house made French bread

Fresh in house pasta,locally sourced spinachartichoke hearts, cashews Parmesan and Ricotta cheeses with marinara sauce and béchamel sauces

 Tacos – (Pulled Pork, Fish OR Mushrooms)

Corn tortillas, guacamole, house made pico slaw and a roasted red pepper sour cream sauce

Chicken Marsala –

Roasted strips of chicken, portobello mushrooms and red onions, sautéed with Marsala wine, organic basil and cream then tossed with fresh in house made linguini and garnished with fresh parmesan

Linguini Aglio e Olio

Fresh in house made pasta tossed with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, crushed red pepper and fresh lemon
